PLC Control Auto Solder Paste Warm Up Machine With FIFO Fuction
Introduction
The solder paste check right machine, also referred to as the solder paste warming and aging machine, is equipped with a timer that enables precise control over the warm-up period of the solder paste temperature. This eliminates the necessity for manual timing after retrieving the solder paste from refrigerated storage and letting it attain room temperature. It serves as an effective solution for managing solder paste temperature, preserving its activity, ensuring high printing quality, enabling smoother production planning, and ultimately enhancing overall production efficiency.
Features
Each solder paste placement slot within the tank features an individual LED display time controller. After setting the desired time, the solder paste is securely held and submerged automatically. Upon reaching the set time, it is automatically released.
The machine incorporates a FIFO (First In, First Out) system to ensure efficient management of the solder paste.
In case of a power failure, even if the set time has not elapsed, the machine automatically ejects the solder paste bottle to guarantee safety and minimize material waste.
The machine is equipped with an automatic alarm that activates upon reaching the set time. Additionally, an emergency stop button is provided for immediate intervention in urgent situations, enhancing ease of operation and safety.
