Introduction


With 7, 9, and 12-channel models, the X5 is able to acquire a lot of data, allowing you to precisely evaluate each thermal profile and process in your factory. Measure slope, peak temperature, time above liquidous, and more. Data is transferred to your computer via a USB cable or, for RF models, wirelessly through radio frequency transmitters—no cable connection required.

KICNavigatorTM is the SlimKIC Start of choice. The software automatically analyses tens of millions of temperature and chain speed combinations and provides the user with optimal settings in a very short time (less than a minute).


2. Quick and easy to use
The user simply tells KIC NavigatorTM his process requirements and the software will relay the optimum set point. Its high degree of automation allows even operators who are not familiar with the process to use it. The user no longer needs to try the furnace several times to get a positively optimised setting.


3. More accurate and optimised process settings
Due to time and resource constraints, it is generally not possible to increase or decrease manual settings by more than a small amount (around 5°C), but the KICNavigatorTM is able to make adjustments in the range of 1°C, resulting in more accurately optimised process settings.
